Are you thinking about starting a 360 assessment project but do not know where to start? 

What to assess with 360 assessments? 

With Huneety assessments, you can evaluate specific competencies—such as core competencies, leadership, change management etc - or even technical skills—You can also map an entire role and conduct a 360 assessment for the position and its career path.

Can I modify the ratings scale? 

Yes, you can modify the rating scales to align with your competency proficiency requirements or performance objectives.

What do I need to provide to Huneety to get started? 

To get started, we need your targeted competencies and selected individuals. We will initiate the mapping process and issue assessments based on your assessor list.

How many assessors can we select? 

You can invite up to 15 assessors at once. For optimal results, we recommend using at least 7 assessors per person to gain a holistic view of results, segmented by group.

What is the pricing structure?

Huneety's pricing is based on the number of assessments required. Pricing includes options for expert debriefs, inclusion of an IDP and skills analytics dashboard, or simply the assessment report alone.
